Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data FitFlow processes when you use fitflow.live, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect
Account data (name, e-mail, password hash), your purchases, subscriptions and bookings, and technical data needed for security (IP address, session). Payment card data is handled only by the payment provider and never reaches our servers.
Why
To provide classes and videos you booked or bought, to show your coach who is booked into a class, to send transactional e-mails and to keep the platform secure.
Who sees it
The coach you book with sees your name and booking. Service providers (hosting, e-mail, payments, video streaming, Zoom for Zoom classes) process data on our behalf. We never sell personal data.
AI assistants
Questions you type into an assistant are sent to Google Gemini to generate an answer. Do not share sensitive health data in the chat. Conversations are not stored on our servers.
How long
Account data for as long as your account exists; payment records for the period required by accounting law.
